Terms and conditions

General

★ I'm not associated with SEGA, Project Mirai, or any subsidiaries.
★ You must credit Killz, SEGA and myself (@_HarryMMD) whenever you upload content publicly using the mod.
★ You are not allowed to claim the mod or any of its components as your own.
★ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
★ As of now, there is no way to mod a character to a custom slot, so the mod will replace an existing character from the game.
★ I retain the right to use the mod for showcase and promotional purposes, unless the commission was agreed upon as private beforehand.
★ Do not use the mod or any of its components for AI training, AI datasets, NFTs, or any AI-related purposes under any circumstances.
★ Editing the mod or any of its components is allowed.
★ Public redistribution of the finished product is allowed.
★ Port to other programs (such as MMD/Blender/etc.) is allowed.
★ I can also do humanoids, just specify that when filling out the forms or you can message me if you have any questions.

✦ Extreme violence or graphic content
✦ Illegal content
✦ NSFW/Fetish art

Payment

★ Payment must be made 100% upfront before I begin working.Accepted payment methods:✦ PayPal
✦ Ko-fi
✦ Bank transfer (Mexico only)★ The commission will not begin until full payment has been received.
★ The client must have all references and details prepared before payment.
★ Small changes and corrections are fine, anything major that requires me to remake a part entirely will have an extra cost.

REFUNDS

★ If the commission is cancelled before I start working, a full refund may be issued.
★ Once work has begun, partial refunds may be issued depending on the progress made at the moment.
★ No refunds will be issued after the mod is completed.

TAT

★ Depending on the complexity of the character design, it might take between 2-3 weeks to fully complete the mod.
★ If any situations should arise that might delay the finishing time, I'll let you know beforehand.
★ All communication can either be through Discord or Twitter DMs.
